My Distribution Certificate Expires in 30 Days. What do I need to do?

There's nothing that you need to do.

Your Distribution Certificate is used to validate your app when an update is being submitting to the App Store. You can't stop your current certificate from expiring so we'll generate a new one for you when you need an update to your app.
