When you have an Individual membership for your Apple Developer Account, Apple will always show your government name in the App Store. The only way that you can change that is to switch to an Organization membership. Then, Apple will show the name of your Business or Organization.

To switch your membership to Organization, you must contact Apple directly and work with them to make the change. You may be asked to submit business documents to verify your organization's identity.

To start the conversion process:

1. Login to your Apple Developer Account: https://developer.apple.com/account

2. Click Contact Us (bottom-left corner)

3. Select Membership and Account

4. Select Organization Name Change

5. Select Phone or Email

6. Give Apple the full name of your Business and let them know that you want to change to an Organization account.
