The name on my Google Developer Account doesn't match so I can't verify my identification. How can I fix that?

Google uses the Name on your Payments Profile to match your name on your ID. If that doesn't match, you'll need to contact Google to have your Payments Profile changed.

To request that change:

1. Go to https://payments.google.com

2. Click Settings

3. Click the Pencil icon next to your Name and Address section to edit it.

4. Click the Contact Us link below your Phone Number

5. Complete the Form and submit it to Google. Note: They will ask for your Payment Profile ID. It's located on the same Settings page (See step 2). It's above your Name and Account Type.

Once you submit your change, wait a couple of days to hear back from Google. Then, try to verify your ID again.
